We are a popular bar dedicated to providing superior customer service to our guests. Our ideal door person will have a pleasant and calm demeanor, be extremely polite, be comfortable working at a high level of autonomy, and must absolutely love working with people. Most of your time will be spent outdoors IDing guests and monitoring crowds. We are looking for the best of the best as you will be representing our establishment and will be the first person to interact with our guests. You will set the tone for creating a great experience. Open availability is preferred evenings are a must.
Previous nightlife experience is a big plus.
Please note: we are looking for people who have the proper qualities to work for our establishment. We cater to a very diverse crowd and our main priority is customer service above all. We will screen candidates based on these principles.
You will be working with 1-2 other bouncers at any given time, your responsibilities will consist of but not limited to the following:
1. Checking ID's at the door
2. Diffusing Situations and/or altercations Using words and gestures, force is a last resort at this venue. (You will be instructed on proper procedures.)
3. Crowd control, Managing Outdoor Access, etc.
4. Enforcing Current and Future Company policies.
