The Dryden Hotel is looking to hire a Kitchen Manager for evenings. Applicant must be reliable and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Must be able to work as scheduled, and come in off schedule as business demands. Cooking experience required. Job duties include (but not limited to): Full-time management of back of house staff (including off-time), cooking, prep-work, scheduling, general kitchen maintenance, cleaning, dishes, stocking, assisting front of house staff, staff meetings, maintaining staff hours, etc...
