The Hotel Ithaca completed a multi- million dollar renovation; with addition of 94 Guest Rooms, new conference center and Restaurant has immediate opening for Over Night Guest Service Clerks. This is a Full-time position 11p-7a Shift and weekend and holiday availability a must. The Night Audit Clerk assists with check-in and check out, special requests, information, and directions. During the shift they post charges to guest accounts, check and balance all the business activity. Reservation management. Must love working with numbers.We are looking for individuals with an outgoing demeanor, who have a passion for delivering superior customer service. Must enjoy working with the public in a fast paced friendly working environment.
