Join one of our residential teams and help create opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to learn, grow, make new friends and actively participate in their community. Successful candidates will have demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, strong written and oral communications skills, and commitment to furthering human interdependence. Day-to-day responsibilities may include cooking, cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, laundry, etc. Will also assist individuals living in the residence with eating, getting in and out of wheelchair, bathing, etc. as needed.
Full-time and part-time positions available in Tompkins County, available positions are for Evening, and Day/Evening Mix, and overnight hours.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. All Direct Support Professional positions are for approved drivers: three years driving experience, at least 20 years of age, and a clean driving record.
