Looking for a home health aide to join the care giving team for a 60 year old male in Lansing, NY. Client needs some reminders and prompting to take his medication. Client will also need someone who can prepare light meals/housekeeping and provide a bit of companionship. Client may need occasional transportation and assistance with medical appointments/errands. Applicants should be pet friendly and enjoy the outdoors.
We are looking for someone to cover a 4:00/4:30pm - 7:00//7:30pm shift (Monday - Saturday). This shift could be split between more than one individual, if needed.
We are also seeking backup provider(s) for the 9am - 2pm and evening shifts, seven days a week.
Payments made through the medicaid Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program.
