My name is Conan Gillis. I am 19 year old man currently attending Cornell University. I am in need of skilled-nursing care. I was born with Larsen Syndrome, a congenital musculo-skeletal disorder which has left me with incomplete quadriplegia. I use a trache, wheelchair, and require 24/7 nursing. I have several 12-hour day shifts available. My nursing is paid for through a Medicaid waiver, so an NPI number and the ability to bill Medicaid directly are required.
