We’re a small local contracting company that builds new homes and rental properties. We’re looking for a hardworking, skilled carpenter or tradesperson to join our crew.
You’ll work on everything from framing to finishing — a great role for someone with a few years of experience who wants to learn the full process of homebuilding and grow into a bigger role.
Job Details:
Hands-on residential construction: framing, roofing, siding, drywall, trim, etc.
Work directly under an experienced manager
Year-round work available
Requirements:
2+ years of construction or carpentry experience
Comfortable using power tools and working on ladders
Reliable transportation
Basic hand tools
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be able to work as a 1099 contractor (no benefits)
