We are seeking an experienced office/admin person for a full time position. If you enjoy working with people and have strong administrative and people skills, please send us your resume for consideration.

Core duties include daily bookkeeping and month end closings. Regular interaction with CPA and the administrative team and the owners of the company. Human resources and payroll/benefits management including health insurance, workmen's compensation, 401K and document control. Regular interaction with our employees and HR vendors.

We are looking for a mature individual that is dedicated to completing tasks on time and accurately in a self starting environment. Applicants need to be honest, dependable and have a warm and enthusiastic personality. A minimum of two years experience is preferred with a strong background in bookkeeping. Microsoft Office experience is required. Some background in human resource management is a plus but not required as on-the job-training will be provided.

Position may require a background check and drug testing prior to employment. The salary will be dependent on experience.
