Expanding property management company seeking leasing associate for Ithaca and Cortland markets. Duties to include, but not limited to:
Showing apartments
Screening tenants
Rent collection
Light cleaning and painting
Tenant and owner relations
Marketing and social media
Light bookkeeping.
This position is full time, but hours are somewhat flexible. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must have strong computer and customer service skills. Experience with Quickbooks and/or previous Real Estate experience both extremely helpful. This is a fast-paced position that requires availability and attention to detail. There is potential for long-term growth and advancement.
