We are seeking a part time seasonal Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences to current, new, and prospective tenants
Plan and schedule appointments
Greet and assist guests and new tenants in the office
Answer inbound telephone calls
Perform all other office tasks
Post rental ads
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Social Media skills a plus
Experience in real estate rentals a plus
