Real Estate Salesperson
We're seeking a real estate salesperson to guide buyers and sellers through successful transactions in the Ithaca area. You'll build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, community involvement, and deep local market knowledge. This role offers the independence to grow your own business while being supported by our client-first brokerage structure.
Requirements
Licensed in NY (or) eligible and ready to start the salesperson course
Reliable transportation
Excellent communication and networking skills

Physical Requirements
Ability to travel independently to various property locations throughout the service area
Capacity to navigate properties including climbing stairs, walking on uneven surfaces, and accessing all areas of homes during showings and inspections
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during property showings and open houses
Capability to operate a vehicle for local travel to appointments
Ability to use standard technology (computer, smartphone, tablet) for extended periods
