Overseeing a portfolio of real estate assets to include office, retail, commercial buildings, Industrial facilities and properties under construction or renovation. Candidate will oversee the maintenance of the buildings and grounds, a janitorial staff, and the needs of over 60 tenants. Maintaining occupancy of the properties will include efforts to minimize vacancies, renewal of leases, promotion of the company and generating new leases.
Candidate must have an associate or masters degree and a minimum of 5 years with hands-on property management experience. A strong background in computer skills, social media expertise and basic accounting. Construction and mechanical systems knowledge a must. People skills is essential.
