SUMMARY: Provides administrative and marketing support to the entire Management Team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides assistance to customers on the phone and in the office.
Coordinate and maintain COI with Tenants and Vendors.
Maintenance logs for roof access and HVAC repairs.
Responsible for submitting weekly account payable and receivable.
Sorts and distributes incoming mail and handling the shipment of outgoing mail and packages
Assures proper operation, maintenance and accountability of office equipment
Responsible for updating the Centers website and social media accounts.
Assists with planning and coordinating marketing events for the Center.
Assist with creative advertising and in mall signage.
Performs other duties as assigned
Maintains Yearly Calendar of department meetings and training
OTHER QUALITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to meet deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are critical
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical and reasoning abilities
Must be able to multi-task, work without supervision, and be able to work as part of a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as proficiency with internet research
