SUMMARY: Maintain food court and surrounding areas in a clean and orderly condition.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the highest standard of cleaning throughout The Shopping Center, specifically in the food court.
Ability to take pride in work performed and initiative to complete tasks.
Assists customers when and where necessary.
Wipe down & disinfect tables after each use.
Return food trays to the merchants.
Spot sweep any food or trash on café floor.
Spot mop up any spills or oily/sticky floor areas.
Clean highchairs with disinfectant sanitizer and return to storage spot.
Clean the Ladies restroom hourly using the restroom checklist.
Return all cleaning equipment to its proper storage place after use.
Check the Mezzanine hourly and clean as needed.
Assist co-workers as needed, and work collaboratively with team.
Assist management, security and maintenance when requested.
Immediately communicate any emergency (medical, fire, fight. etc.) situations to security. Give location and nature of emergency.
Bring AED and/or first aid equipment to security if requested during an emergency.
Comply with OSHA Regulations.
