MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
For this position, you must have prior apartment maintenance experience or the equivalent.
Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC & general repair experience is required.
We are seeking a maintenance technician with the following skills:
Ability to multi-task
Organized
Ability to work without immediate supervision
Ability to think independently and creatively
Ability to stay calm and rational in emergency situations
Ability to relate and work well with others
MUST have valid driver's license, own vehicle, and basic tools
