Job Description:
Maintenance: your job will be to ensure the maintenance of the property in a manner consistent with the following mission statement.
It is our mission to operate the property to achieve maximum tenant satisfaction; maximum staff fulfillment at their jobs; maximum financial return to the investors; and maximum ownership satisfaction and community pride for the property.
Responsibilities include: Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Report to the Property Manager.
Operations:
Perform the daily maintenance as needed. Basic to advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Excellent customer service.
Perform all requests for properties, commercial, and apartment tenants.
Work orders, ensure that they are completed within a timely manner with man-hours and supply cost assigned to the proper property.
Report to the Property Manager any problem that will effect the operations or safety of the buildings, or tenants.
Ensure that proper levels of maintenance inventory are on hand to make repairs or perform daily operations in a timely manner.
Be on call and perform snow removal program that ensures that properties, tenants, and fire lane needs are met.
Perform preventive maintenance programs and suggest any improvements or additions to the program.
Must have a driver's license and insured vehicle (truck preferred) and your own tools.
Moving furniture, heavy lifting expected.
