Job Description
The Route Service Representative (RSR) is a key position within the company. As the "face of the company" - you are the daily contact for our customers and an essential role to their customer satisfaction. You will operate a commercial vehicle and make deliveries on an established route.
This position Requires customer focus and service as we have nearly 100% retention and we intend to keep it that way.
This job also requires a level of physicality - please confirm the requirements listed below. We want you to go home safe to your family every night.

Other Qualities Include:
Able to work independently and efficiently.
Problem solving skills.
Attention to detail, organization and follow policy/procedures.
Courteous vehicle operator skills and a clean (infraction free) license are a must.
Comfortability operating a commercial truck (21 foot box), 18,900 GVW
Be prepared to go to the DMV and obtain your Motor Vehicle Report.
A Commercial Drivers License is NOT required.
Physical demands vary, RSR must be able to carry up to 85 lbs. and push wheeled carts weighing up to 500 lbs.
You may be required to have a DOT physical based on your date of birth.
You must be willing to take personal responsibility for your actions, decisions and results.
