CPA firm located in Kings Park is actively seeking a full-time Bookkeeper. The individual selected for this position will be expected to know bookkeeping. Knowledge of Accounting Power is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Write-ups
Reconciliation of bank accounts
General ledger review
Annual Form 1099 preparation
Preferably the qualified candidate will:
Have experience working for a CPA firm or bookkeeping company working on multiple clients at once.
Be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently to resolve problems
Exhibit a strong attention to detail
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and be a team player
Job Requirement:
3+ years bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of Accounting Power a plus
