Mechanical (HVAC) contractor looking for an experienced bookkeeper to assist with accounting tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy are important qualifications, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is reliable, a multi-tasker, and is able to follow directions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. A degree or experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting or related work experience. CPA not required.
2. Knowledge of Bookkeeping/general accounting principles.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Experience with payroll is a plus.
6. Experience with MWBE, ICAP, and other payroll reporting is a plus.
