PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Field Service Support in Melville, NY.
Summary:
These are provided to large scale residential buildings, single family and small residential building.
This position requires daily travel and own vehicle (mile reimbursement) - MVR will be required.
Workers will be provided with a Pcard and Speed Pass for tolls Please be aware the manager will try to keep workers in the area they live as best he can.
Inspection of water use and analysis of properties throughout the five boroughs of NYC-inspection of all boiler room, laundry rooms, common areas, janitor closets, meter room and any exposed piping Inspecting apartments and/or private homes taking water flow rates in kitchen and bathroom faucets, flow rates on showers and calculating toilet flush volume to determine the flush volume of water use.
Conducting a dye test in toilets to locate toilet leaks.
Take present meter reading.
Checking fire sprinkler system and lawn sprinkler for leaks.
Distributing of water conservation literature and tenant notifications.
Preparing in filed data collection through a tablet based software.
Communicating with the office of changes in field.
Attending weekly meeting with scheduler.
Attending monthly Health and Safety meeting to identify and avoid danger in field.
