Digital Marketing & Web Support Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy assistant to work closely with business owners and our executive team in a mostly remote capacity, with occasional on-site meetings as needed. Looking for a local individual. The ideal candidate will be proficient in technology, website development using HTML, and graphic tools. You will assist leadership with updating and maintaining websites, creating visual content, and supporting various digital marketing initiatives. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Some administrative contract and maintenance coordination.
Requirements:
New York Based
Proficiency in HTML and responsive web development
Experience with graphic software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable with remote communication tools and project management platforms
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with executives
