Maida International Ltd is an established exporter of technical products located in a new office on the 2nd floor of a landmark building in Locust Valley, NY. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5 PM. No business is conducted during the evenings or on weekends. No meetings or office politics.
The person we seek to train to fill an open position will prepare quotations, process orders, advise order status and generally support the day-to-day requirements of our international customers and domestic suppliers.
Candidates should be detail oriented, customer-focused, able to manage and prioritize, solve problems independently, communicate clearly and have a sense of commitment and urgency.
Requirements are:
- Associates degree or equivalent college courses
- Outlook, Excel, Word and strong keyboard skills.
