CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/DISPATCHER (Nassau)

Competitive Salary Based on Skill Level Employment type: Part Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Part Time position - Saturdays a must

The Customer service rep/dispatcher manages incoming calls and customer inquiries. They are articulate, organized and detailed. The CSR/dispatcher is our first point of contact. It is their responsibility to communicate all customer requests clearly. The CSR/Dispatcher is in charge of dispatching techs, calling customers and taking detailed job descriptions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

Empathize with customers.

Schedule service calls, dispatch techs and generate call debriefing with technicians daily.

Respond to customer inquiries and create customer invoices

Review daily emails assuring that all customer requests have been addressed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, and ABILITIES:

Valid form of identification and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Ability to work in the USA.

GED or High School Diploma.

Advanced communication and customer service skills.

Ability to listen and clearly communicate all necessary information.

Ability to multitask and operate a personal computer.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

Busy, happy office environment.
