Islandia based specialty Air Conditioner distributor has an immediate opening looking for a sales/office assistant to assist company owner with daily business operations including answering phones and assisting website customers, sending and follow up on quotes, order entry , communicating with customers and vendors with tracking status, small parcel UPS/USPS shipping, filing and other various duties.
Candidate must be very phone friendly, have sales and customer service ability, well organized and non-smoker. Must have knowledge of MS outlook email, MS word/excel. Experience with Quick-Books desktop PRO is a BIG PLUS. P/T Hours are 10am-3pm Monday-Friday. Can lead to a F/T position.
