The Tutoring Center, opening soon in the Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack specializes in helping students master academic skills and increase their concentration spans. We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Head Instructor who has a strong passion for tutoring students from K-12th grade in Reading, Writing, and Math (Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry).
The Tutoring Center is a national after-school tutoring company known for one-to-one instruction and trademarked The Rotational Approach to Learning. We serve children from K-12th grade in the subject areas of Reading, Writing, and Math.
Pay rate:
$18.00 - $20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience; bonuses are available

Job Description
The Head Instructor manages the classrooms and staff, tutors students, oversees classroom procedures, and works with the Center Director on administrative duties. Must be able to manage school marketing, meet and communicate with parents and enthusiastically help enroll students.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors degree in MATH
Available Monday Friday, 2:30 p.m. 7:30 p.m.
Excellent customer service skills
You must have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of children
