REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Degree in architecture or engineering
- Minimum 4 years related experience.
- Extensive practical experience with AutoCad and working drawings.
- Knowledge of NYC Building Code and construction standards-
- Must be organized and able to work independently
- Must be able to work on a variety of project simultaneously
RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:
- Prepare architectural design and construction documents
- Prepare renderings for presentation
- Assist in the management of architectural projects from inception to completion
- Field surveying and drafting.
- Interaction and communication with clients, attending project meetings, and construction site visits.
- Code Analysis
- General office support for principals.
