Promptly greet guests as they are seated and serve ice water to them. Refill water glasses as needed.
Clear tables after guests leave - wipe & sanitize tables & seats. Promptly clean floor under and around tables between guests.
Remove soiled tableware to the designated area, and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, and glassware for cleaning.
Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply areas to serving counters.
Clean up spilled food, drink or broken dishes and safely remove trash.
Serve food to guests when servers need assistance.
Thank guests as they leave.
Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of the restaurant, and mop or vacuum floors.
Fill ice dispensers.
Empty garbage pails Indoors & Outdoors into Dumpster. Keep Dumpster area clean & notify Manager of anything that needs to be addressed about the cleanliness of the Dumpster area or parking Lot.
Communicate with server and host or hostess to expedite efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes, and clean, refill paper products, empty garbage as needed.
Carry linens to or from laundry areas.
Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards are met
Anything else asked of you by a Manager or by a Team Member who needs assistance.

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
