Create specials, promotions and events to increase volume and revenue.
Restaurant seats 100 plus full Bar for 30+ people and 35 employees. Lunch served daily, catering and private parties.

Our managers are ultimately responsible for all functions of the restaurant, including inventory, ordering, opening, closing shifts. Responsibilities include guest relations, supervision & motiving the staff, ensuring company standards and operations. Catering, event planning, creating menus and specials, including new ideas and concepts to promote a large bar area.
Some training will be available, but looking for a self starter and quick learner with a sparkling personality yet a problem solver and team leader.
2 years of Full service Restaurant Manager experience required.
