What you’ll be running:
Line execution, prep systems, and kitchen flow
Ordering, inventory, and waste control
Health department standards (no shortcuts)
A team that wants leadership, not chaos
3+ years as a Lead Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
Strong line skills + real leadership ability
Mediterranean / Italian experience a plus
Nights & weekends required — this is a chef’s job
