Full Service Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a full-service dining environment

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide

Strong operational knowledge, including service flow, inventory, and cost control

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover

Collaborate with the culinary team to align menu execution with guest expectations and event demands

Monitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards

Full Service Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience managing high-volume, culturally focused, or entertainment-driven restaurants

Knowledge of scheduling software, POS systems, and inventory management tools

Background in organizing special events or themed dining experiences

Passion for hospitality, cultural cuisine, and creating memorable guest interactions

Manage staffing levels, training programs, and performance evaluations to build an engaged, high-performing team
