Chef Jonathan Wright's 35 years of experience includes luxury hotels and restaurants across the US, Caribbean, Asia and the UK including 2 Star Michelin Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons with Raymond Blanc, Raffles Hotel, Sandy Lane, The Rainbow Room in New York City.

Our food is simple, seasonal and beautifully presented. With an emphasis on Farm and Sea to Table – ingredient-driven cuisine using the freshest locally sourced ingredients farmed, fished or foraged from the Long Island region – we transform the expected into something entirely new. From simple American and summer classics, breads, pastries, tarts and pies to creative fine dining desserts and petit fours.

General Scope:

Genuine passion for Food and Beverage and a love for your chosen career

Ability to demonstrate classic cooking techniques

At least one year of professional kitchen experience

Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment

Adhere to all Department of Health food safety standards

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure

Strong preference for candidates with farm-to-table restaurant experience
