Looking for a LPN with their Medicaid number to care for our 18 year old son with special needs. He is 100% dependent on caregivers for all daily living skills. House is fully accessible. Job would include G tube feeding, using suction, chest vest & cough assist devices, bathing & diaper changes. Looking for 3-8pm Monday-Friday, but willing to discuss. Also looking for Saturday & Sunday nights 10pm-6am
