Private duty LPN/RN needed for a pediatric, female patient in East Northport. Must be Medicaid provider and able to bill Medicaid with vent experience. Patient is A&O x4, diagnosed with SMA, is vent dependent, fed via G/J tube, non verbal, but
communicates via I Pad, no lifting requires. Weekend day and overnight shifts are available.
