Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) needed for a homecare case in Coram.
The case consists of twins age 18years old with Cerebral Palsy.
The following shifts are available:
Thursdayâs 5:30pm-8:30pm
Saturdayâs 3:30pm-8:30pm
Every other Sunday 8:30am-3:30pm
Mondays, Wednesdayâs & Fridayâs
6:15am-8:15am
Must have NPI # and be able to bill Medicaid. Payment: time & a half the Pediatric rate of Medicaid.
