Join us on Tuesday, April 30th, 2019 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm in Riverhead, NY for a focus group discussion on health and health care. Results will be used by the New York State Department of Health to develop educational messages for patients and health care consumers. Focus group participants will receive a $50 value gift card for their time.
