Hunter Business School seeks a qualified full time Career Services Adviser for our Levittown campus. A Career Services Adviser provides job development, counseling and placement assistance to current students and graduates. Duties Include:
1. Helping students with resumes, cover letters and personal marketing strategies.
2. Classroom Presentations.
3. Meeting with students to assist with career advisement needs.
4. Follow-up with past grads on employment needs and status.
5. Providing proactive and creative job development services.
6. Staying connected with key area employers and employment referral sources.
7. Developing new employer opportunities.
Career Services Advisers have to demonstrate honesty, fairness and respect. Strong focus on process improvement. Ability to be an effective team member. PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
