We are a growing e-commerce company seeking a professional, experienced warehouse associate to join our team. This role is for someone who understands warehouse operations and can accurately pick and pack a high volume of orders each day while thinking independently and solving problems as they arise.
This is not an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
Pick and pack up to 100 orders per day
Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced warehouse
Identify and resolve issues without constant supervision
Think ahead to prevent mistakes and delays
Maintain an organized, efficient workspace
Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (7–8 hours per day)
Potential for weekend work
Pay & Employment
$19/hour

Paid weekly via direct bank deposit

Requirements (Strict / Non-Negotiable)

Previous warehouse experience (picking & packing required)
Proven ability to handle high daily order volume
Smart, quick-thinking, and detail-oriented
Able to solve problems independently and make sound judgment calls
Own reliable car (no bikes, no carpooling, no public transportation)
Valid driver’s license
Valid Social Security number
Live within 20 minutes of Central Islip, NY
Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
