Growing Garden City law firm seeks full time attorney for Plaintiff's Personal Injury department. Candidate will provide legal representation to our clients before courts, mediators, and arbitrators in all aspects of plaintiff's personal injury litigation. Candidates will be responsible to handle cases from inception through trial. Responsibilities include trial work, preparing legal pleadings, motions, trial briefs, and negotiating settlements.
Job Requirements:
-Juris Doctor
-Minimum 7 years of civil litigation experience
-Accustomed to high volume law practice
-Demonstrated proficiency in expert discovery
-Accurate diary management
-Strong analytical skills
-Good negotiation skills
-Works well as a team and independently
-Strong oral and written communication skills
