About the Role:
A fast-growing distribution company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Retail Ecomm Support for Distribution Center to support our online order operations. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing order flow, coordinating inventory, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of e-commerce shipments.

Responsibilities:
Process online customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure inventory availability
Prepare, pack, and label shipments following company and carrier guidelines
Maintain accurate records of outgoing orders, tracking numbers, and fulfillment timelines
Communicate with customer service or sales teams regarding order status, delays, or inventory issues
Assist with product listing updates, including descriptions, photos, and inventory adjustments
Ensure work areas remain organized, safe, and compliant with company procedures
Support general warehouse tasks as needed, including restocking and inventory cycle counts
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or inventory/order management software)
Prior experience in e-commerce, warehouse distribution, or order fulfillment is a PLUS
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. and stand for extended periods as needed
