Data entry,
Process paperwork
Create work orders
Order parts
Invoice w/o's
Do Account receivable & Payables
Scan info into system
Answer phones, talk with customers,
Filing and Administrative duties
We will train the right person
Hours: 12 pm to 6pm or 11 am to 5 pm 3 Days a week - with ability to increase hours as needed. .
We are a small home-based office - (N. Bellmore 11710 area.)
Must be able to pass background check.
