Obsession Banquet Hall is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to manage a diverse range of catering events. The Catering Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage and book catering events such as weddings, sweet sixteens, sweet fifteens, corporate events, baby showers, etc.
Showcase and give venue tours to potential clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our catering services.
Provide details of our catering services to potential clients.
Generate leads through market research and networking events.
Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee the management of catering events from planning to execution.
Utilize software to track sales, manage client accounts, and monitor event logistics.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales and account management, with a focus on catering services.
A strong understanding of the catering industry and current market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams.
Experience with software applications relevant to catering sales and event management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
