A fast growing manufacturing and service company based in Long Island is hiring a FULL TIME Office Manager to help with every day tasks. You will work alongside the company's owners and assist with finance, sales, and operations. Perfect for a quick learner with a variety of career interests.
Job Responsibilities:
*Excellent customer service managing incoming calls from potential customers in addition to key client requests.
*Responsible for accounting tasks, e.g. billing, profit/loss reports, cash flow, etc. QuickBooks experience a must.
*Will be asked to proofread emails, proposals, and other client communications, therefore excellent English writing skills are a necessity.
