Commercial interior finish contractor seeks an office person. Office hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday. Schedule can be part to full time minimum 20-30 hours a week. Candidates must posses a strong work ethic and be able to handle multiple tasks. Must be proficient in MS office. Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus (insurances, AIA billing etc). Some knowledge of quick books is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

: Draft correspondences and other formal documents

: Emails and phone calls.

: Log incoming estimate requests into a spreadsheet

: Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written)

: Tracking, obtaining insurance certs, Workers Comp,

: General office, phones, filing, etc, ordering from vendors.

: Be comfortable calling customers to obtain payments and / or necessary information and being firm in the pursuit.
