Our company is the industry market leader in providing services to the commercial photography and illustration industry, advertising agencies, graphic design firms, magazine and other companies that hire photographers and illustrators for assignment work.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who wants to learn the ropes in our Company with special emphasis on responsibilities within the Finance department. We rely on your expertise to perform essential day to day functions including, but not limited to:

• Posting customer's payments

• Reconciling credit card receivables

• Answering phones

• Order office supplies and maintaining logs

• Sorting mail

• Other duties assigned by Manager as needed

The team player we seek will possess a minimum of an Associates Degree along with strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for our fast paced work environment. Outstanding communication skills along with a minimum of 2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience and/or education will be essential to your success in this position.
