Moving and Storage Company in Farmingdale looking to fill 2 positions for a Secretary/Telemarketer,
We are looking for an ambitious person with good communication skills to work in our office. Responsibilities will include answering phones, outbound phone sales, general administrative duties, drafting correspondence. Mon-Sat/Sun 9am-4:15 or 3pm-8:30pm.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience of working in an office environment, experience. (experience working in a moving company a is great)
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Team player, self-motivated and pro-active
Must possess effective organizational skills and pay close attention to detail
Basic computer skills required
Ability to multitask
