A top real estate office in Massapequa Park is seeking a full time receptionist to support the realtors and be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the office.
©«Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist real estate agents
Answer phones, transfer calls and take accurate messages;
Greet guests and alert staff of their arrival;
Check MLS for new listings and UC;
Receive and distribute incoming packages/mail;
Handle any outgoing packages (via messenger services, FedEx, UPS, etc.);
Help with the day-to-day operations of the office
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Conducting research and data entry
Manage office supplies
Maintain clean office environment
Candidate must have/be:
1+ Years of admin experience
Live within 30 minute drive of Massapequa Park
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask
Maintains staff confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Super positive attitude and willingness to learn
