We are hiring: Application Chemists, Lab Technicians, Sales and Administrative Assistant (Permanent or Internship openings)
We are a stably growing German Scientific precision instrumentation company (since 1998). We are seeking for a few technicians who are specialized in chemistry/physics/material science/electricity/circuit and tool design. The candidates who are interested in chemistry or chemical engineering will be a plus. The employed persons will start from a trainee, technician to learn all our applications and product functions for all fields of home care, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, petroleum, automotives, military, aerospace, coatings, etc. After the training in our application lab then he or she can be promoted into a permanent position. Our permanent position requires an unique combination of hands-on lab experience and technical competence as well as interpersonal skills to build up long-term relationships with customers.
Qualified employees will be granted for domestic and international travels to help customers. Professional presentation in public is frequently required. Mentorship is available for the new hired in the company. Abilities in technical discussion and consultation on fundamental science and industrial know-how will be equipped with through the provided training period. A qualified candidate must have an actual laboratory work experience. Accurate/professional lab report writing skill is required.
1- Applications Chemist or Chemical Engineer:
Responsibilities
Support business development activities through participation in R&D, problem-solving, customer visits, training, research, sales efforts as needed. You have to conduct daily key activities such as testing, technical discussion, e-mail communication, literature interpretation, technical question answering.
Work cooperatively with marketing group to define long and short-term objectives and strategies.
Qualifications:
Chemist and Lab Tech
1-3 years experience in application or R&D lab, with solid technical knowledge. Having marketing or sales experience will be a plus.
Having a strong passion in current science and new technology development
HS diploma, AS, BS, MS, Ph.D. in science/engineering (chemical, mechanical and electrical, etc.), chemistry, material science, or equivalent, is required. Lab instrument and device experience is desired.
Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills
Pleasant phone courtesy, open-minded personality and entrepreneurship are must.
Enthusiastic in dealing with people and learning, optimistic and persistent personality are extremely important. Organized and result-oriented working habit to achieve high efficiency is key traits for consideration.
Sales experience will be a plus.

In addition to the above mentioned technical experiences, we need your record proven sales experience in promoting technical sales, conference organization, international sales representation appointments, market familiarity, technical and personal communication savvy, sales planning and forecast experience.
