Position Overview
Build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote and sell Budget Brokerage products including auto, home, boat, and renters insurance.
Two locations: Riverhead and Bohemia
What will you be doing?
Scheduling appointments and identify customer needs to guide them to appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
Qualifications:
1. Personal Lines Insurance experience is a plus
2. BILINGUAL IN SPANISH IS REQUIRED!
3. High School Diploma or equivalent required
4. Retail Sales experience is a plus
5. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Must have the ability to follow instructions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
8. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
9. Must be authorized to work in the US
