We are a leading Construction Company, with a showroom, looking to fill a long-term position with a qualified and dynamic individual. You will be leading a 3 person crew.
Projects will primarily include, whole-house renovations, structural work, bathrooms/ Kitchens, basements, and finished carpentry.
Requirements:
1) Minimum of 5 years field experience
2) Ability to maintain job-site organization
3) Ability to delegate work orders and lead by example to efficiently complete tasks
4) Stong problem-solving skills
5) Pride in your work
6) Valid drives license
7) Complete set tools
8) Reliable transportation
9) good communication skills
10) Skilled in most areas of construction and construction procedures.
We offer competitive salaries, IRA with 3% match, holiday, and sick pay plus bonus and yearly pay raises.
Position offers bonus pay for change orders completed by employee. Partnership potential is available.
Weekend hours are available. Our ideal candidate would be willing to take advantage of some weekend hours and increase sales through viable change orders.
