We are seeking an experienced lead commercial plumber with experience in new construction and alterations. You would be responsible for the management and the execution of the project, delegating to others. You need to have extensive experience in:
plan reading and scaling.
underground layout.
fire sprinkler installation.
Gas meter setters, Headers,
And piping, welding is a plus
but not required.
time management and job
production.
you must have your own tools and a clean New York state driver's license.
we do private and public work
Some projects are prevailing wage.
salary and employee package will be based on your prior experience.
